At CPM Coaching we take an integrative approach to our coaching practice. Primarily we are relationship focused and built strong bonds with our clients and partners. By focusing on the relationship and understanding the needs of the individual or group we can then tailor our approach to best suit your needs.
With over 15 years experience in coaching we specialise in providing training to meet your needs. Drawing on current research, skilled trainers and delivering in both online and classroom based formats, CPM coaching delivers training that is both innovative and responsive to your needs.
Performance and Potential
Central to our Coaching practice is to become truly aware of own performance and the performance of those around us. Timothy Gallwey’s motto that ‘potential minus interference equals performance’ is particularly helpful. At CPM Coaching we work with potential and performance, we also work with the interferences that sometimes get in the way of that preference. This work is relevant in diverse setting such as business, healthcare, education, social care, sport and in our own personal lives.

Dealing with Change whether it is in your personal life or in your career is a challenge. Logically we know that if we ‘keep on doing what we are doing, we will keep on getting what we have’. Change involves doing something differently or sometimes thinking differently. At CPM Coaching we engage with a Positive Attitude, a clear way of thinking, a realistic and grounded way of planning. Negative thinking is the singular biggest obstacle to achieving positive change
VUCA is an acronym that stands for “Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity“. It best describes the society and workplace which currently exits for us all. Being adaptable and flexible in how we engage with change, challenge and opportunities is key to growth and effective leadership. At CPM we stay agile and foster agility in our training programmes and coaching, this allow us and our trainees to stay fresh and responsive to life as it evolves.
At CPM Coaching we build our relationships based on trust and authenticity. Our approach is person centred, non-judgmental and confidential. We believe in the potential of each individual and group that we work with. In order for that potential to come through we create a ‘thinking space’ to deal with the interference that sometimes prevents the realisation of that potential and the achievement of the performance that you are capable of realising.

We can provide the training that you require for your staff in the areas of coaching skills, communication skills, delivering effective feedback, onboarding, talent management, change management, resilience building, group building, supervision, mindfulness or one to one coaching. All our training is provided by experienced and highly qualified trainers which brings together practical insights and skills with up to date research and approaches.
